Remote Benefits Call Center Rep (Temp) - Arthur J. Gallagher & Company : Job Details

Respond to incoming calls and emails from employees regarding employee benefits education and enrollment. Provide detailed information and guidance on various employee benefits plans, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and other ancillary benefits. Assist employees with enrollment processes and benefit plan changes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all employee interactions and transactions in an Oracle-based inquiry management system. Collaborate with internal Corporate Benefits team to resolve complex issues and ensure client satisfaction. Educate employees on available resources and tools to support decision-making for and effective utilization of benefit plan options. Stay informed about company policies and processes related to employee benefits. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance knowledge and skills.
