Key Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and appointment information.
Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and ensure client readiness.
Provide excellent communication and professionalism while representing the company.
Work closely with sales representatives and management to meet appointment-setting goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, customer service representative, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
