REMOTE - AI UI React Engineer - Insight Global : Job Details

Job Description

One of our large retail companies is looking for a React UI Engineer to join their digital engineering team. Youll spend your day building and maintaining reusable React components, translating UI/UX designs into responsive code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript for an IVR application. Youll manage application state with tools like Redux or Context API, integrate with RESTful APIs, and optimize front-end performance through techniques like lazy loading and code splitting. Writing tests, debugging issues, and ensuring clean, maintainable code will be part of your daily rhythm, along with collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to deliver high-quality, scalable user experiences. You must come with a proven history as a UI Developer or Front-End Developer, with a strong focus on React development. This position is fully remote preferably working Eastern Hours.

Compensation: $50-65/HR Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

8+ years expertise in React and JavaScript (ES6+)

Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript

AI / ML experience building IVR applications

Skilled in Redux, Context API, and API integration

Familiar with Webpack, Babel, Git

Experience with front-end testing frameworks

Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React testing library) null
