Remittance Processing Associate I - FIS - Fidelity Information Services : Job Details

Processing a variety of customer payments and exceptions in a timely and accurate manner to customer accounts. Performs research and adjustment activities. Processes exception items. Maintains inventory of remittance processing supplies. Prepares outgoing collection notices for negotiable instruments, e.g., bonds, food stamps, foreign items. What you will need:High school diploma or GED - Proficient written and oral communication skills in dealing with internal and external clients. Knowledge and some previous experience of remittance processing preferred. Able to identify errors in calculations and balances. Comfortable working with different systems.
