Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring residents receive quality care in health, safety, clothing, hygiene, and meals.
- Establishing ADL routines such as house chores, room chores, wake-ups, lights-out, laundry, and cooking.
- Supervising individual and group activities including trips, sporting events, and crafts.
- Upholding behavior management systems, including restrictions, negotiations, and confrontation techniques.
- Attending to residents' educational, vocational, health, and mental health needs.
- Modeling positive behavior and addressing negative behavior appropriately.
- Supporting a safe, orderly, and caring environment aligned with the program's mission.
- Performing any other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- At least three years of experience working with adolescents.
