Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring residents receive quality care in health, safety, clothing, hygiene, and meals.
• Establishing ADL routines such as house chores, room chores, wake-ups, lights-out, laundry, and cooking.
• Supervising individual and group activities including trips, sporting events, and crafts.
• Upholding behavior management systems, including restrictions, negotiations, and confrontation techniques.
• Attending to residents' educational, vocational, health, and mental health needs.
• Modeling positive behavior and addressing negative behavior appropriately.
• Supporting a safe, orderly, and caring environment aligned with the program's mission.
• Performing any other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• At least three years of experience working with adolescents.
