Reliability Engineer - U.S. Pipe, A Forterra Company : Job Details

Monitoring critical equipment assets such as Hydraulic Systems, Pumps, Blowers, Gearboxes. Coordinating with Maintenance Superintendent and Planners on critical path repairs or predictive maintenance actions. Working with Maintenance Manager to develop equipment upgrade and asset protection plans. Locating, overseeing, and developing good working relationships with contractors and vendors who support our equipment reliability efforts. Tracking Maintenance metrics and identifying problematic issues to reduce unscheduled downtime. Implementing ideas and procedures to fortify equipment reliability and operational readiness. Investigating failure points using technical data collection and analysis and reporting findings in written presentation, defining root cause, and developing preventative plan and corrective measures.
