Reliability Engineer - Novelis : Job Details

The Novelis Guthrie, KY team, is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join Novelis for our recently announced expansion/greenfield start-up Recycle Center in Guthrie, KY. The person in this role will work under the Associate EMRA Leader's supervision. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving manufacturing performance and equipment reliability by reducing machine downtime and unscheduled maintenance. Responsibilities:Facilitate and drive the Guthrie Condition Monitoring Program, as it pertains to Predictive and Preventive Maintenance, Infrared Thermography, Tribology, Ultrasonic, Vibration Analysis, Motor Circuit Analysis, etc. Provide technical expertise to implement cost-effective preventive and predictive asset strategies to achieve best in class availability and reliability of the plant process equipment.
