The ideal candidate will be a Reliability Engineer looking for long term growth within an organization that truly invests in its people.

The Role:

• Improve reliability across the manufacturing site
• Conduct root cause analysis, condition monitoring and preventative/predictive maintenance
• Analyze data and drive efficiency across machines and production lines
• Collaborate with team to support capital project execution
• Monday-Friday, 1st shift

The Person:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing)
• 3+ years' reliability experience within a relevant field
• Knowledge or exposure to condition monitoring techniques (e.g. oil analysis, vibration)
• Looking for a long-term career within a growing company
