As a Reliability Engineer, you will support the factory in enabling and delivering asset maintenance in accordance with the Nestle Strategy. You will utilize Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) as a multi-disciplined approach to enhance and improve fixed assets, while managing their life cycle through Asset Management Methodology (AMM). Your goal will be to achieve sustainable, long-term low production costs and high reliability, rather than focusing solely on the immediate correction of daily losses. In this role, you will partner with the factories to foster a culture of Continuous Improvement and Zero Loss in maintenance, aligned with the principles of Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE). You will actively champion Nestle's NCE programs and provide support and coaching within the factory to eliminate losses, manage risks, and implement life cycle asset management (LCAM).
