Come grow with us!The Reliability Engineer is responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize asset reliability across the plant. This role supports maintenance strategies and solves availability issues by identifying and managing asset reliability risks for new and existing equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met.Key focus areas include addressing high-risk opportunities identified in risk assessments and reliability models, evaluating the effectiveness of the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) program, and leading cross-functional teams to improve reliability and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and promote a safety-first culture through training and safe work practices.
  • Create and implement Equipment Reliability Strategies based on downtime, cost, opportunity analysis, and asset criticality.
  • Develop condition-based monitoring procedures to identify potential failures early and incorporate data into preventative maintenance.
  • Review and update maintenance procedures and checklists.
  • Lead breakdown analysis of equipment failures, document processes, and train others to ensure proper analysis and corrective actions.
  • Evaluate and quantify improvements from projects like equipment reconfigurations and design changes.
  • Lead initiatives in process simplification, value engineering, and reliability modeling.
  • Apply cost of ownership and reliability principles to spare parts procurement and stocking levels.
  • Provide equipment performance data for evaluation and decision-making.
  • Qualifications/Experience
  • BSc in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in manufacturing or related fields.
  • CMRP or similar certification preferred.
  • Experience with asset criticality scoring, FMEA, RCA, maintenance systems (Maximo, SAP, Limble), and reliability principles.
  • Preferred SkillsInterpersonal
    • Hands-on approach, self-starter, team player, strong communicator, attentive to detail.
    Administrative
    • Technical writing, data analysis, project management skills.
    Mechanical
    • Understanding of technical specifications, diagnostic skills.
    Electrical
    • Ability to troubleshoot AC/DC systems up to 480V, use diagnostic tools, knowledge of PLCs.
    Compensation
    • Salary range: $96,995 - $109,876, with details on benefits and variable factors.
