**Position Summary:**Research, analyze, design, and test component parts, processes, or systems to develop or improve products. Develop solutions to engineering challenges within project scope, budget, and schedule, applying relevant engineering principles.

**Responsibilities:**- Perform reliability analyses on mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical devices for both commercial and military products.- Document and present analysis results to technical audiences.- Interface with design engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program management teams.- Support program reviews with reliability data and findings.- Use reliability engineering tools and techniques to recommend product improvements.- Develop technical reports and responses for customer inquiries.- Maintain project within cost and schedule constraints; may act as Control Account Manager.- Share knowledge and mentor new employees.

**Qualifications:**- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science; PE certification preferred.- 4-6 years of related experience.- Proficiency with reliability tools (e.g., PTC Windchill Quality Solutions, PowerBI).- Strong communication and teamwork skills.- Ability to analyze data, recognize discrepancies, and follow detailed procedures.
