The Business Operations (Biz Ops) team is seeking a Service Management Reliability Engineer. The role of Business Operations Organization is to be the production readiness steward for Mastercard products. As a Business Operations SMRE, who are daily managing, mitigating, or elevating awareness of the business risk of all customer interactions with Mastercard technology. SMR - Es accomplish this by managing the availability, latency, performance, efficiency, change management, monitoring, emergency response, and capacity planning of the products within the programs they support. Business Operations teams also focus on risk management by tying all our activities together with an overarching responsibility for compliance and risk mitigation across all our environments.
