Job Title: Release Train EngineerHire Type: Full Time Contract (Hybrid – 2 days onsite in NYC)Duration: 6 Months with possible extensionsJob DescriptionPhizenix is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support a key client engagement in New York City. The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader and Agile coach for multiple teams within a SAFe Agile Release Train, facilitating PI Planning, coordinating cross-team dependencies, and driving delivery excellence.Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies and PI Planning
• Coordinate with Product Management and stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Remove impediments and manage risks across teams
• Track delivery metrics and continuously improve ART performance
• Support and coach Scrum Masters and Agile teams

Requirements

• SAFe RTE Certification (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in Agile/SAFe environments
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• Willingness to work onsite in NYC two days a week

New York Pay Range: $70 USD - $75 USD
