Relationship Manager - Brookstone Capital Management LLC : Job Details

Brookstone Capital Management, a rapidly growing national Turnkey Asset Management Platform (TAMP) with over $11B in Assets Under Management (AUM), provides personalized and comprehensive wealth management services to over 700 Advisors and 50,000 clients. Position Overview:

We are seeking to add a highly skilled Relations Manager who will play a crucial role in building and managing relationships with Financial Advisors utilizing Brookstone's Platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of TAMP and/or Investment Advisory services, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, positive, high-energy, and collaborative individual who is able to deliver real results while create long-lasting relationships with Brookstone's Advisors.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for Financial Advisors, providing guidance on Brookstone's TAMP services and addressing inquiries.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Financial Advisors, understanding their business goals and needs.
• Proactively facilitate the investment process for Financial Advisors and their clients while understanding the life cycle of each Advisor's business and helping them be successful.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful onboarding and ongoing support of Financial Advisors on Brookstone's TAMP.
• Provide training and education to Financial Advisors on Brookstone's tools, products, and services.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance Brookstone's TAMP based on Financial Advisor feedback and market trends.
• Monitor and analyze Financial Advisor performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
• Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and TAMP best practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge the Financial Advisory industry.
• Prior experience with TAMPs a plus.
• Strong understanding of investment products, strategies, and portfolio management.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Financial Advisors.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Position: Full-time

Location: Wheaton, IL (100% onsite - not a remote/hybrid/WFH position)
