Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a Relationship Manager, FinTech to build strong relationships with our business partners and colleagues, serving as a vital point of contact for Apex customers.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
Builds and maintains strong relationships at the executive and strategic level with our clientsDevelops annual business plans for client revenue and asset growthEnsures clients are informed about new developments, products, and services relevant to their needsCreates partnerships between clients and ApexProvides proactive support to clients and responds promptly to their needsTracks and drives client requests to meet goalsUpdates relationship metrics regularlyReviews and negotiates contracts with clientsMonitors, analyzes, and reports on clients' financial performance monthlyCollaborates with clients to document, prioritize, and report operational and technological issuesMinimum Requirements:
