Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a Relationship Manager, FinTech to build strong relationships with our business partners and colleagues, serving as a vital point of contact for Apex customers.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships at the executive and strategic level with our clients
  • Develops annual business plans for client revenue and asset growth
  • Ensures clients are informed about new developments, products, and services relevant to their needs
  • Creates partnerships between clients and Apex
  • Provides proactive support to clients and responds promptly to their needs
  • Tracks and drives client requests to meet goals
  • Updates relationship metrics regularly
  • Reviews and negotiates contracts with clients
  • Monitors, analyzes, and reports on clients' financial performance monthly
  • Collaborates with clients to document, prioritize, and report operational and technological issues
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • 7+ years of industry and clearing experience
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • FINRA Series 7 & Series 63 licenses preferred at hire or within 90 days
  • Deep knowledge of the respective segment and industry trends
  • Exceptional follow-through, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Understanding of pricing and revenue drivers
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Proven business development experience
  • Excellent communication skills
