What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a Relationship Manager within our Corporate Payments line of business. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts across various regional states. This role focuses on strengthening client relationships, driving year-over-year growth, renewing contracts, and identifying opportunities to expand our footprint through cross-selling of Comdata products and services.You will serve as a strategic consultative advisor to our clients, helping them uncover operational efficiencies while maximizing the value of their existing programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced environment and is passionate about the FinTech and payments space.How We WorkAs a Relationship Manager, you will work in a remote-first environment, with periodic travel (up to 25%) to meet with clients for business reviews and strategic planning.Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts and ensure 100% client retention and YOY growth.
- Act as a strategic consultant to clients by understanding their business objectives and aligning Comdata solutions accordingly.
- Lead monthly business reviews focused on financial performance, best practices, and market trends via in-person or virtual meetings.
- Drive contract renewals, maintain profitability, and uncover new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Product, Operations, Marketing, Customer Service) to communicate client feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze client performance metrics and prepare customized plans to improve client spend and engagement.
- Develop deep knowledge of clients' industries, operational processes, and strategic goals.
- Build and manage strong relationships at all levels of client organizations, including C-level executives.
- Lead cross-functional teams internally (Sales, Finance, Implementation, IT, etc.) to execute client initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FinTech trends and payment processing innovations.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years in client management, sales, or finance handling complex enterprise clients.
- Background or strong understanding of FinTech and payment processing industries.
- Strong data analytics skills; able to diagnose business challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships.
- Confident, self-motivated, and highly organized with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Team player who can collaborate across internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce.com, and video-conferencing platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Yr 1 On-target earnings = $130,000 - $185,000 (commissions are uncapped)
