Understands customer needs and provides credit and lending-related sales and service to BMO customers or prospects. Advises customers on lending/credit strategies and products that meet theirobjectives. Fulfills sales and service activities for the customer in accordance with approved procedures. Identifies and makes referrals to other business groups as needed.
Responsibilities11AM-8PM CT, M-F, rotating Saturdays - working every 3rd Saturday (This could be twice a month based on the rotational schedule and calendar). Saturday schedule is 10AM-7PM CT. RDO when working a Saturday - Certain day preference is not guaranteed. Will be confirmed based on business needs.
Other RequirementsU.S. Only: This position will act as an originator of consumer loans as defined by Regulation Z, Regulation G, and the S.A.F.E. Act. This position will require a Federal registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry. The Bank will instruct you on the registration requirements needed to comply with this requirement. A criminal background review and credit history evaluation will be required for this position as well as restrictions on performing in a real estate agent capacity.
Salary & BenefitsSalary: $41,714.00 - $65,000.00 Pay Type: Salaried Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.
