Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited professional program resulting in licensure as RN, MSW, PT, OT or SLP, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Experience: Two years Clinical and healthcare experience, required. Four years Experience in a rehabilitation setting, preferred. Licensure/ Certification: Current licensure: RN, MSW, PT, OT or SLP, required. CIRS, CRRN, CCM, CRC or equivalent certification, preferred.
