Yes? Great we can give you that!The RoleWe are seeking a solicitor in our Regulatory Department. You will act for a range of commercial and professional clients, advising on investigations and professional misconduct proceedings; regulatory enforcement and appeals against decisions; and, criminal investigations and prosecutions. The Department deals with a mixture of privately-funded and insurance-funded work.What makes this role great?A Regulatory solicitor plays a crucial role in interpreting and applying the laws and regulations that govern various professionals and sectors. We'd be happy to chat with you if you are qualified and have a background in either criminal or commercial law and are keen to specialise in this area of law.
