Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Key job responsibilities. This is a unique opportunity to assist in the development of a global broadband communication system. As a Regulatory Engineer, you will: Work on complex regulatory projects dealing with satellite and spectrum regulations. Collaborate with a global team of public policy and legal experts to develop regulatory and policy advocacy strategies. Partner with the global licensing team to develop satellite and earth station license applications, and produce technical analyses in support of those applications. Develop detailed analysis and simulation products and strategies to enable Kuipers use of radio frequency spectrum and satellite orbits.
