Our client, a leading organization in the regulatory field, is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Ops Specialist to join their team. As a Regulatory Affairs Ops Specialist, you will be part of the Regulatory Affairs department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Ops Specialist Location: Deerfield, IL (ONSITE) What's the Job? Document all system-related issues and identify resolutions. Document complex processes and create and manage documentation related to validated systems. Participate in identifying solutions to meet requirements for systems. Participate in system upgrades to assure the integrity of data is maintained. Provide expertise in ongoing maintenance of electronic record receipt and submission to regulatory authorities. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree or country equivalent. Minimum of 5 years in a regulated environment. Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical system skills (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, databases, online research). Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. What's in it for me?
