This role includes performance management, training, and collaboration with management to achieve departmental goals. The coordinator actively participates in process improvement and cross-departmental coordination to support the overall mission and operational success of Saint Francis Healthcare System. This position works well independently solving problems and acts as liaison with others outside the department to create smooth workflows and transitions of information needed for Admission/Registration. Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned by department leadership. Prioritizes workload effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality outcomes. Demonstrates adaptability and a proactive approach to managing both routine and emerging departmental needs.
