Job Description: Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Location: Prosser, WA 99350 Shift Schedule: Three 12-hour day shifts per week (07:00 AM - 07:00 PM) Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible extension depending on business needs) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week Pay Range: $55/hr - $62 per hour on a W2 Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapy care across all age groups - including newborns, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics - in both inpatient and emergency settings. Attend deliveries and C-sections; independently manage newborn respiratory support including Bubble CPAP and stabilization. Utilize and troubleshoot Hamilton ventilators, MUSE system, EKG, and other respiratory care equipment. Provide respiratory interventions such as aerosol therapy, oxygen therapy, airway management, and patient monitoring. Independently assess and respond to patient needs in a fast-paced clinical environment. Accurately document all interventions and patient responses using EPIC EMR. Be available and responsive during scheduled on-call hours. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. Skills/Experience Needed: Minimum 1 year of recent respiratory therapy experience - Required. Experience with newborns, infants, and pediatric populations - Required. Prior experience attending deliveries and C-sections - Required. Experience with EPIC, Bubble CPAP, Hamilton ventilators, MUSE, and EKG - Strongly Preferred. Ability to work independently, especially during solo shifts or nights. Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills. Education: Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program - Required. Certifications: RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) - Required. BLS (Basic Life Support) - Required. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - Required. PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - Required.
