Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (Nights) Location: Yonkers, NY (Onsite) Employment Type: Contract, Night Shift Schedule: 3x12s 07:00pm-07:30am Compensation: Pay Range: $60.00-$65.00 Per HR Description: Strive to improve systems and services within the organization. Collaborate as a team to achieve mission goals and share recognition. Treat residents, families, and co-workers with dignity and respect. Perform respiratory assessments and therapeutic modalities for various age groups. Administer treatments like nebulized therapies, chest physiotherapy, and oxygen delivery. Maintain secure and patent airways through various techniques. Educate residents and families on respiratory diseases and home care procedures. Key Responsibilities: Perform assessments and therapeutic modalities for infants, children, and adolescents. Administer various respiratory treatments to maintain a patent airway. Monitor residents on oxygen support systems. Maintain equipment and ensure it is functioning properly. Participate in resident management decisions and recommend evaluations. Update resident information accurately and completely. Function as a member of the code blue team for airway management. Qualifications: Associate Degree from an AMA accredited school for Respiratory Care or equivalent. Current New York State Respiratory Therapist license. BLS/PALS certification. Certified or registered by National Board for Respiratory Care. One year of acute or long-term care experience with pediatrics preferred. Fluency in English language. Ability to lift a minimum of thirty-five (35) pounds.
