Position Overview As a Respiratory Therapist, you will assess, treat, and manage patients with cardiopulmonary conditions using evidence-based practices. Whether working a 12-hour (7PM-7AM) or 8-hour night shift, you will partner closely with medical staff to provide life-saving respiratory interventions in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities - Deliver therapeutic respiratory treatments including oxygen therapy, bronchodilator administration, and airway clearance techniques
- Initiate and manage invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation
- Monitor respiratory status, perform assessments, and modify treatment plans based on clinical response
- Provide airway management support during emergencies and rapid response situations
- Accurately document treatments, assessments, and patient progress in the EMR
- Maintain and troubleshoot ventilators and respiratory therapy equipment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Job Requirements Required Credentials
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the NBRC
- Completion of an accredited respiratory therapy program (Associate's or Bachelor's)
- BLS certification (must be current)
- ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP preferred or required within a designated timeframe
- Valid Indiana Respiratory Care Practitioner license or eligibility to obtain
Experience
- 1+ year of clinical respiratory care experience preferred
- New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
