Hours : 7:45 a.m. -2:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday) 6.25 hours per day-31.25 hours per week- 10 month duty schedule Duties of Assignment: Good knowledge of professional nursing principles, procedures and terminology; good knowledge of the principles and practices of public and child health; ability to get along well with children; ability to establish and maintain cooperative relations with teachers and the general public; sound professional judgment;initiative and resourcefulness; dependability, good physical condition; first aid, medication administration, management of chronic conditions, evaluation of immunization status, completion of state mandated reporting, and other duties as assigned by supervisor. Special Qualifications: Pediatric/adolescent nursing experience; tact; good communication skills, computer and technical healthcare skills, patience, flexibility. Must be certified CPR/AED.
