Registered Nurse - Wound Care (Contract) Bronx, NY | Day Shift | 40 hrs/week | 13-week assignment Step into a high-impact nursing role focused on wound care in an acute inpatient setting. We're looking for an experienced Wound Care RN to join a dynamic team that delivers specialized care across various hospital units. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 20+ wound care consults and follow-ups per day.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and place wound care orders.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Educate patients on treatment and prevention strategies.
• Utilize wound vacs, dressings, and specialized treatments.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in NY.
• BLS certification.
• WOCN or WCEI certification (WCEI preferred for quicker onboarding).
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient clinical experience.
• Prior wound care experience strongly preferred.

Schedule & Perks:

• Monday-Friday, 8 AM-4 PM or 9 AM-5 PM.
• Weekends & holidays optional.
• No on-call or standby required.
• Supportive orientation and team environment.
