St. Clare Commons is hiring a dedicated and experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee clinical operations and ensure residents receive the exceptional care they deserve. Shifts Available:

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Every other weekend rotation — No on-call required

Pay: Up to $41/hr

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead daily shift operations and support clinical staff

• Manage the clinical PCP dashboard and ensure timely documentation

• Conduct weekly wound rounds and oversee wound care

• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and resident appointments

• Verify medication and treatment orders

• Monitor daily IRIS reports and infection prevention measures

• Step in to support where needed—true teamwork in action

What You'll Need:

• Active RN license in Ohio

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills

• Willingness to obtain CDC Infection Preventionist Certification
