Registered Nurse Unit Manager

Sign-On Bonus: $2500

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of nursing professionals and support staff, promoting a collaborative environment.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Supervise daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
  • Conduct regular assessments to uphold quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Mentor and offer guidance and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and confidence.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to foster optimal resident health and well-being.

What You'll Bring:

  • Current and valid RN nursing license.
  • Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a Long-Term Care setting is preferred.
  • Compassionate, empathetic mindset with a strong commitment to patient care.
  • Exceptional clinical, leadership and organizational skills with sound decision-making abilities.
  • Adept communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with others.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
