This full-time, W2 direct hire role includes relocation and sign-on bonuses (case-by-case), and offers a high-acuity OR environment that values speed, precision, and clinical collaboration. Role Snapshot
- Location: Miami, Florida
- Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift
- Salary: $40.00 $50.00/hour (based on experience)
- Bonuses: Relocation & Sign-On (case-by-case)
- Setting: Trauma OR / Acute Care
- Deliver trauma-focused perioperative nursing care
- Scrub and circulate for emergency procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons and trauma response teams
- Uphold safety protocols and maintain surgical readiness
- Active RN license (Florida or compact)
- 2+ years in Trauma OR or high-acuity surgery preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong clinical judgment and adaptability under pressure
