K 2 Maternity Crisis Modules required by 6 months post hire or prior to specialty track orientation completion (whichever is first) Basic Fetal Monitoring required by 6 months post hire or prior to L D specialty track orientation completion (whichever is first) Intermediate Fetal Monitoring or K 2 Fetal Monitoring module completion required or obtained prior to completion of orientation.
