Registered Nurse (RN) Outpatient Clinic - Tandym Group : Job Details

A health services network in New York City is looking to add a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their growing community health clinic in Brooklyn. About the Opportunity:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Assignment Length: Ongoing (Contract to Hire)
• Schedule: 4 days a week
• Hours: 9am to 7pm

• Perform specialized care
• Maintain accurate documentation of all nursing activities, including medication profile, report any unusual changes/occurrences to the attention of the Physician
• Complete clear, concise and accurate clinical notes which documents skilled services and other required documentation appropriately
• Communicate necessary information to the Nurse Care Coordinator
• Perform other duties, as needed

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience working in a setting that promotes Interdisciplinary Care Planning

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Experience with persons with HIV/AIDS, histories of Substance Ise and/or Mental Illness
