What You'll Do:

• Provide direct patient care and support to multidisciplinary teams
• Supervise LPNs and help train new staff
• Travel to other sites weekly to support quality and compliance efforts
• Oversee medication administration, supply management, and infection control
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to improve systems and outcomes
• Ensure proper vaccine storage and handling (training provided)

What We're Looking For:

• Active New York State RN license
• At least 2 years of RN experience (supervisory experience is a plus!)
• Great communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable using EHRs and Microsoft Office
• Reliable and able to travel between NYC locations weekly
