The Registered Nurse is responsible for the planning and delivery of both direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. You will develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams, while promoting safe and effective care that meets the unique needs of our rehabilitation population. What Youll DoDeliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care. Develop and update patient-centered care plans. Monitor and evaluate patient status and respond to changes in condition. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers on care goals. Participate in patient and family education. Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
