Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Every Other Weekend Required

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and deliver individualized care plans for residents

  • Supervise and support nursing assistants on your unit

  • Collaborate with care teams to ensure consistency and quality of care

  • Maintain safety and clinical standards while honoring resident preferences

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

  • Current RN license in the State of Connecticut

  • Recent experience in long-term care or acute care

  • Excellent observation, communication, and teamwork skills

  • Current CPR certification

  • Availability to work every other weekend
