Job Title: Registered Nurse- PCU Location: Rochester, NY 14621 ( Travel contract Candidates within 75 miles of facility are not accepted) Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Duration: 13 Weeks (with high potential for extension)Pay: $ 2,347.92 per weekKey Responsibilities:

• Provided high-acuity care to PCU/step-down patients, monitoring cardiac, respiratory, and post-surgical conditions.
• Collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Proficient in titrating vasoactive drips, managing ventilators, and responding to rapid responses.

Required Skills:

• Clinical Expertise: ECG interpretation, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced IV skills.
• Communication: Effectively educate patients/families and advocate for their needs.
• Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
