**17110BR****Title:**Registered Nurse Outpatient Lead**Department/Cost Center:**873 - Calkins Creek Family Medicine**Job Description:**Provides direct patient care, documentation, administration of medications, minor laboratory testing, and communicates with patients, health care providers, pharmacies and vendors within the scope of practice intended by the Licensed Registered Nurse regulations of the New York State Nurse Practice Act. In addition serves as lead RN in assisting the Practice Manager with additional clinical administration duties including staff training and mentoring. Collaborates with residents, physicians, and social workers in clinical decision-making and follows up on patient care needs.**Pay Range** :Pay Range: $37.12 - $47.37 Hourly_The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._**Auto req ID:**17110BR**Job Requirements:**1. **Education:** Has fulfilled the requirements to be a Licensed Registered Nurse in NY State; BSN preferred.2. **Experience (minimum required):** Three to five years' experience in direct nursing care; experience with patients of all ages preferred. Ambulatory care and telephone triage experience preferred. Computer literacy essential. Previous supervisory experience preferred.3. **License/Certification Required:** NYS Licensed RN, CPR (AHA)4. **Skills (to include equipment, software, etc.):** Effective interpersonal communication and problem solving skills.
