Realize Your Vision as a Registered Nurse

• Lead assessments, customize care plans, and resolve patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Develop valuable relationships with patients and their families, understanding their specific recovery needs.
• Effectively collaborate and communicate with diverse departments to ensure a seamless care experience and provide direct patient interaction when needed.
• Act as a resource for fellow staff members, helping with complex patient inquiries and support.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• Current CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
