Competitive Compensation Rates:

- New Graduates start at $36.00/hour. - Experienced Nurses earn between $38.50 and $46.25 per hour, with additional shift differentials.

Short Term Contracts: Enjoy a rate of $55/hour for 8-week assignments with full-time hours.

Full Time & Part Time Opportunities: Starting rates of $36-46/hour based on experience, plus shift differentials of $3.00 for evenings and $5.00 for nights.

PRN Positions: Earn between $40-45/hour depending on the schedule.

Your Role as a Registered Nurse:

• Supervise care, lead assessments, customize care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build strong relationships with patients and families, understanding their unique recovery needs.
• Collaborate effectively across departments to ensure comprehensive care.
• Serve as a resource for colleagues, assisting with complex cases.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.
