Job Title: Registered Nurse - Operating Room Location: Syracuse, NY Pay Rate: $55-$65/hr Shift: Day Shift Type: Contract Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join a dynamic surgical team in Syracuse, NY. This role involves both scrubbing and circulating responsibilities across a variety of adult surgical specialties, including general surgery, orthopedics, trauma, neurosurgery, and robotics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, adaptability, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Responsibilities:

• Provide perioperative nursing care, including scrubbing and circulating during surgical procedures
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
• Maintain a sterile field and ensure adherence to infection control standards
• Assist in preparing the operating room and surgical instruments
• Monitor patient status and respond to any intraoperative needs

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in the Operating Room
• Proficient in both scrubbing and circulating duties
• Experience in a range of adult surgical specialties
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
