Registered Nurse/MS/Tele - MedCadre : Job Details

Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Description: Position / Specialty: MS/Tele RN Ratios: Normal Ratios for med/surg, Day and Eve 5:1, Nights 6 or 7:1. • Stretch Ratios for Med/Surg Day/Eve 6:1 Nights 9-10:1 • We have PCT's on all units that do vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKG's and any sort of activity of daily living • We have an in-house phlebotomy team that does all peripheral lab draws nursing is responsible for PICC lines and central lines Years of experience REQ: 1 First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes Weekend REQ: EOW Certs REQ: BLS Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? No Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units? No locals (75 miles) Pending License accepted: (Y/N) No RTO Restrictions: We will not allow more than 1 week RTO in a contract Special Requirements: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Use of Rapid Response Teams, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Nasal Cannula, Oxygen face masks, Portable Oxygen tank, Non-invasive airway management, Isolation Precautions Patient Diagnosis: Spinal stenosis, PVD, diabetic ulcers, lung carcinoma, pleural effusions Epic Preferred 1st time US travelers must have Epic experience Scrub Color: Any combo of navy and white Charting: Epic
