Overview:We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to join a dedicated care team for a 13-week contract assignment. This opportunity offers the chance to work in a rural, critical access hospital setting while delivering exceptional care to a diverse patient population. Candidates must have strong experience in Med/Surg and Spine/Ortho post-op patient care, with flexibility to support Emergency Department needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and compassionate nursing care to patients in Med/Surg and ED settings

• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and interventions using Meditech EMR

• Respond promptly to emergency situations and perform necessary nursing interventions

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted Colorado RN license (required)

• Minimum 4 years of RN experience

• Experience with Spine/Ortho post-op care in Med/Surg units

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC (all required and current)

• COVID-19 vaccination required per Colorado state mandate

• Must reside at least 65 miles from Meeker, CO (local travelers not eligible)
