Registered Nurse Manager - Outpatient Care - Sun River Health : Job Details

As a key member of our team, you will oversee nursing operations across our facilities in White Plains and Yonkers, NY. In addition to providing exceptional patient care, you will lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of clinical staff while ensuring compliance with our policies and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient education tailored to individual needs and document in their medical records.
• Oversee the training of clinical staff on procedures and maintain compliance with all required workflows and documentation.
• Lead monthly quality audits and collaborate with site leadership to implement strategies for improvement in quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor laboratory operations and ensure regular review of quality control processes.
• Conduct monthly meetings with clinical teams to discuss quality, safety, and patient experience priorities.
• Engage in direct patient care responsibilities such as health history interviews, assisting during examinations, and triaging patient needs.
• Ensure onboarding for new hires and complete annual competencies for nursing staff and medical assistants.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and one year of experience in an acute care setting.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Registered Nurse license in New York State and CPR/BLS Certification.

Compensation: Full-Time position with a salary range of $90,100.00 - $110,000.00 per year and a $2,700 Sign-On Bonus for eligible external applicants.
