Job Summary: Tryfacta is seeking a Registered Nurse for our client in NY, 13642. This is a temporary contract assignment. Position Title: Registered Nurse Location: Gouverneur, NY 13642 Duration: 2 Years Work Schedule: Various (6-2, 2-10, 10-6) Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• To provide professional nursing services to include emergency care, chronic care and assessment for mental health care to a challenging incarcerated individual population.
• Nursing interventions:
• SOAP form of charting documentation of all case findings, health care teaching/counseling and provision of supportive and/or restorative care.
• The candidate will be expected to participate in staff training, assist in preparation of clinical and administrative reports and maintain all up-to-date infection control standards is required.
• The selected candidate will also be required to function as a member of an already established excellent treatment team.
• Excellent/accurate assessment skills are a must, as is all medical documentation of these assessments.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• The candidates must have a current and valid NYS license at minimum, one full year of medical/surgical, Emergency Room or ICU,CCU hospital Nursing.
