Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care Assessments & Supervision Assisting Hands Huntersville

We're seeking a compassionate, part-time RN to conduct client assessments, develop individualized care plans, and supervise caregivers — ensuring high-quality, compliant care tailored to each client's needs.

Join our supportive team at Assisting Hands Huntersville! We're a non-medical in- home care agency dedicated to improving the lives of seniors and their families. We serve the communities in Huntersville, Mooresville, Davidson and Cornelius.

What You'll Do: • Conduct in-home assessments and create individualized Plans of Care • Perform supervisory visits every 90 days • Oversee and support caregivers (CNA/HHA) • Ensure compliance with NC DHHS regulations • Maintain accurate, timely client records • Enjoy autonomy and meaningful work in your local community

What You'll Need: • Current NC RN license, TB screening, and CPR certification • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills • Ability to pass background and criminal checks

Preferred: Home care or long-term care experience, bilingual skills, knowledge of NC DHHS home care regulations
