Now Hiring: Registered Nurse - Primary Care Location: Various locations in Chicago, IL Pay Range: $45-$52/hour Full-Time | Outpatient | Inclusive Care Environment Make a Meaningful Impact in Primary Care. We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a leading outpatient healthcare team in Chicago. In this role, you'll provide high-quality nursing support, patient education, and telephone triage-helping patients receive the care they need in a timely, respectful, and inclusive manner. Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as liaison between patients and healthcare providers
  • Provide education and care in walk-in clinics (STD, hepatitis, syphilis)
  • Coordinate follow-up appointments and referrals
  • Assess patient needs through clinical and phone triage
  • Provide crisis intervention and home care instructions when appropriate
  • Perform lab procedures including collecting and processing specimens
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and uphold regulatory standards
  • Participate in quality improvement efforts and follow OSHA guidelines
What We're Looking For: Required:
  • Active Illinois RN license (Associate's or BSN)
  • CPR certification
  • 1-2 years of nursing experience in hospital or outpatient setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations
Preferred:
  • Primary care experience in an ambulatory/outpatient setting
