Department/Unit Summary

The Nurse House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing staff and clinical services throughout the facility during assigned shifts. This leadership role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care, serves as a resource for clinical and administrative issues, and acts as the primary liaison between departments when leadership is not on-site.

Qualifications and requirements Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• One year of experience preferred
• ASLS certification preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
