Crouse s 40-bed General Medicine/ Surgery Department is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide services that include vascular, urology, thoracic, colorectal, and chemical dependency treatment. New Pay Rates: $39.00 - $40.00 /hour (based on experience). Available Schedule(s): Registered Nurse (RN) Position Responsibilities: Provides professional judgment and knowledge of roles as it pertains to the Crouse Hospital Professional Nursing Practice Model. Carries out duties and responsibilities per legal requirements under the Registered Nurse Scope of Practice, with emphasis on leading a culture of safe care. Responsible for all activities requiring assessment, planning, diagnosing, evaluating, judgment, problem-solving, creating and implementing the plan of care. Provides appropriate education to patients and families to promote health, facilitate rehabilitation and maintain wellness. Evaluates effectiveness and revises as appropriate.
