Registered Nurse - Float Pool - Enhanced Rate - Saratoga Hospital Medical Group : Job Details

RNs will float to areas where coverage is needed to care for hospital inpatients and/or emergency department patients, if qualified.Float pool nurses will cover gaps due to unexpected call-outs, leaves of absence, planned vacations, staffing vacancies, etc. Nurses also rise to the challenge of opening and staffing surge units when necessary.The ideal candidate profile is an adaptable RN who is confident in their clinical abilities and genuinely enjoys variety. Current openings include RNs with medical surgical, telemetry, emergency and/or ICU experience. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Patient Assessments: Incorporates appropriate assessment and intervention skills that are age-specific in all interactions and delivery of nursing care. Assesses patients physical/psycho-social status. Analyzes relevant data. Integrates assessment results in care planning, goals and outcomes.
