Registered Nurse – Field Assessor - LTS - LHC Group : Job Details

$50 - $150 per visit This position is not eligible for benefits. As a Registered Nurse Field Assessor (FA) you would be completing Long Term Care insurance assessments. These hands-off assessments require you to obtain claimant demographics, physician information, a current medication list, and evaluate the claimants functional level of independence. The assessment process also involves completing a brief cognitive screening and evaluating the claimants ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks. The ideal candidate will be technologically savvy and be able to use a point of care web application/system on a laptop or tablet, in real time for documentation purposes. Responsibilities Must demonstrate good clinical reasoning and judgement as it relates to assessing ADL performance, cognition and home safety. Must be comfortable with the use point of care technology when completing assessments.
